Deburring

Products manufactured by machine processing are often ready for delivery. Washing and deburring are common secondary processes. Deburring can be performed with a robot and grinding wheel either by the robot holding the product or the robot holding the deburring tool. When deburring with a robot, a force sensor can be used for feedback to detect how much material has to be removed. The robot should also be calibrated for high accuracy.
